Project Management- 6 Months
Idea Theorem is a UI/UX consultancy where I got to work directly under and report to the Founder and Director of the company. I managed a team of 8 (4 designers and 4 developers) on 13 projects for 6 clients. It started as a contract position but was later converted to a full-time role.
The company is in the scale-up phase with revenues of $1 million. Our team worked on the entire lifecycle of products ranging from ideation, to product development and user research to heuristic evaluations.
Digital Marketing Consultant- Ongoing
After having a successful Kickstarter campaign, I had the opportunity to help the Entertainment company automate its social media, plan its marketing campaigns, and rebuild their website. The project is in the startup phase and still ongoing.
Project Management Intern- 3 Months
Him and Her Inc. is a Waterloo based design agency.

I had the opportunity to work with them on a rebranding project for a Canadian Startup Accelerator called The Accelerator Centre. I helped reimagine the client's branding and mostly delegated work to a team of designers and developers based on their capacity for the week. I did this build Asana boards to keep the project on track.
Account Coordinator - 14 Months
As an Account Coordinator at Cineplex, I had the opportunity to work with Digital Menu Boards and Drive Thru Menu Boards for clients in the Quick Service Restaurant vertical. I managed to get a Full-Time offer during COVID.

Our team experienced the COVID-19 pandemic, the end of XML and still managed to revenue contracts by exceeding expectation. I personally quoted projects totaling $250,000 and saved the company $1 million on one of our accounts by doing a Threat Analysis.
Content Management Systems Intern- 8 Months
As a CMS Intern, I had the opportunity to train the University staff on using Drupal-based CMS.

Our team provided branding, QA and permissions to 700 websites at the University of Waterloo. I personally had the opportunity to complete a 400 page migration from Drupal5 to Drupal 7.
Team Member (Door Line) - 6 Months
Right after graduating with a General Degree in 2019, I landed a job building rear backboards for the Lexus RX350.
This was a really profound experience, and I got to learn the Just-in-Time production process, cycle time, tact-time and appreciate the division of labour to build products.
Outbound Customer Service Representative- 6 Months
I joined Telex as my first job right out of high school. We were a call-center focused on generating leads for accident claims in the UK. Needless to say, I developed quite a bit of empathy for clients in addition to an extra layer of skin. The job taught me not to take things personally, and to peruse an education so I can better serve people.
Marketing Manager Intern- 4 Months
A friend of mine lost employment, and we decided to open up a company to help him capitalize on his amazing photography skills.

We lacked funds, so I partnered with him to get the word out, generate leads, build the website, manage social media, etc.
